40th Birthday cake

A few weeks aga I did a 40th birthday cake. The cake was HUGE 14" caramel mud cake with a butterscotch buttercream filling. Finished of with a vanilla buttercream and decorated with gorgeous Lizzies.

This cake was VERY heavy. Please excuse photo quality my camera is playing up so these are my mobile phone shots. .

Caramel Mud Cake

As I am nowe the designated cake make at work. I baked a caramel mud cake for my bosses wife's birthday tomorrow. It is really lovley and smells DIVINE. the forsting was rushed due to a late night home last night and me forgetting that it needed to be iced LOL

These would just have to really take the cake at just how simple and gorgeous both of these creations are. you could just imagine yourself sitting back in a chair with some Hot choc and unwrapping your little box of treasures and taking that first bite.. Alll in complete and utter Silence.

Cupcake Towers

Hi All,

Sorry for my lack of posts. Recently my Brother came to his senses and asked his gorgeous Girlfriend to marry him YAAAAAAAAAAAYYY.

So I will be making there Engagement cake. Design is yet to be choosen and I suggested to my Future Sister In law that maybe a cupcake tower would be nice. (they are having 160 guests) so this thread is purley just to show her some cupcake tower designs..
