As I am nowe the designated cake make at work. I baked a caramel mud cake for my bosses wife's birthday tomorrow. It is really lovley and smells DIVINE. the forsting was rushed due to a late night home last night and me forgetting that it needed to be iced LOL

This looks divine -- even with the icing! I'm actually living in America but my sister is moving back to Sydney this year. I'll definitely pass along your blog and e-mail address to her in case she ever needs a cake. And I know I'm going to be jealous of her every bite!
This cake was really well received. I was away when they ate it but got to sample some the next day.

Anywho its a great moist caramel mud cake. but not overly sweet. the frosting REALLY tops it off its just DIVINE and really caramaly tasting.. Hmmm is caramaly a word LOL ME thinks not LOL
